Anonymous1: Lulu was NEVER in Harvey comics. She appeared first in panel cartoons in the Saturday Evening Post then became a comic for for Western Publishing in their Dell and later Gold Key brands.

This image is not sexual in the least. It is fan art, showing her climbing over a fence. Put this on some cartoon forum or deviantart. It isn't rule 34. There is no porn or even any nudity.
