I never played Quartet a lot, and while she did seem vaguely familiar, I have no idea what the characters on that game were called.

glassfragment: To anyone reading this later and wondering the same: I found this book on eBay and it turns out apparently it doesn't even seem to be a doujinshi at all - it's just a book listing the Sega Mark 3/Master System Gold Cartridge releases, which has been given a bit of a spicy cover.
