Anonymous5: devil may cry vs a rip off
the game (bayonetta) wasn´t bad, i like it even if it´s a rip off and it has some of the creators of DMC
Gackt thank you for uploading this
commissar_fuklaw: the creator is Hideki Kamiya, he's no longer apart of Capcom and has since moved to platinum games that and directed Bayonetta. below is what he's done.
Bayonetta (2009) - director
Ōkami (2006) - story, director
Viewtiful Joe: Double Trouble! (2005) - game design, story
Viewtiful Joe 2 (2004) - story
Gyakuten Saiban 3 (2004) - voice actor
Viewtiful Joe (2003) - director
Resident Evil Zero (2002) - game design
Devil May Cry (2001) - director
Resident Evil 2 (1998) - director
Resident Evil (1996) - system planner
Arthur to Astaroth no Nazo Makaimura (1996) - planner
Anonymous11: it shares obvious elements w/ DMC, the pacing and art style of course, but the action and visuals as well as the story hold their own enough to provide a fresh and entertaining experience catering to fans of the fast-paced DMC series. *gets off soap-box* i wouldn't mind being the subject of her 'torture attacks' hehe
ChrisHansen: i was anon 5
thank you for the info anon6 8 and commissar fuklaw
i just said that because the game was almost the same as dmc
but THE GAME itself was really outstanding
Scorpion: DMC FTW. I hope DMC5 somehow ties in with Bayonetta, though I doubt it's likely...
Still... there was that weird cutscene at the end of DMC4 that makes me wonder...
Anonymous14: Actually the pacing of Bayonetta was a lot faster then DMC, in DMC your usually stuck in one place, runing around for some plot device to go further in the building. Bayonetta was more like going from one place, to another to another, fucking minigames, going out in space, honestly, Bayonetta felt more like Shaolin Monks on Speed and Steroids with elements of DMC.

It has THE creator. The guy who invented DMC1 ffs.
It was made by the same developers as DMC...
