homeless: QC is a comic that is sometimes un-funny, sometimes really funny, but if you've been reading it every day for years, the un-funny and the funny blur until you realize you're just reading the comic out of habit.

1) Discussion of topical or nerd-related subject
2) Relation of subject to the characters' current lives.
3) Nonsequitor punchline that loosely ties to the subject.
