couldn't tell you what each word means but i can translate it in to romagi which i where you use english letters and stuff to sound out the japanese words
nomeegi is the bit next to witch
and everything else is in kanji which is hyper complicated to the point where even most japanese people can't read much of it because there are literally THOUSANDS of different symbols

the actual sound effect is rather stylized so i cant say for sure what it is (ahee or tsuhee maybe) but japanese sound effects are so uniquely japanese it wouldn't mean anything anyway.
