So even if it was used without permission, They tagged the Artist.
So the artist still get's money for it. So who cares about whether it's stolen or not? (Maybe the artist, Rarely met any other artist that would care though)
This is a Porn site, Not a Museum or a Famous gallery.
Only then would you be in trouble for 'Stealing' Art.
