traffik: OK, after a couple of HOURS of research, I've managed to track down some info on this character. She's from the card game Shinra Bansho, and her name is Chris, or Kurisu. For the sake of consistency, I'm going to tag her as 'Chris', as it seems like most of the other Shinra Bansho pics are tagged with the Westernized versions of the characters' names.
