Something about the way you drew the curve of the tongue at the top of the guy's chest makes it feel sadistic, which fits the Nightmare Queen very well!
Can also appreciate the shading improvements on the guy, and how you made the cum conform to the Nightmare Queen's face more.
I like what you did with the cum on her tongue too. The transparency works really well in making it feel like a fluid. My one criticism would be that you should probably only use one version or the other, in any given picture. Both ways of drawing it look good (personally, I prefer the transparent version), but having both in the same picture comes across a little strange. Makes it almost seem like two different substances, since they don't share the same "properties."
The mouth area also looks a little busy overall -- just because there is the tongue, cum, and the nightmare queen's melt-y mouth all competing for attention there. This is really just an issue because of the character design's already detailed mouth. I doubt you're going to run into that problem with very many other characters. Just something minor to think about in the future.
