Stella Bates was the nurse who fell in love with Matt Hagen aka the villain Clayface from Batman The Animated Series. During the episode "Mudslide" we see a scene where Stella rushes at Batman and falls chest first onto a table of chemicals. After the episode we never see or hear about her again. So I thought of some silly sexy fan cannon.
After the accident Stella finds the chemicals she fell onto mixed with trace amounts of Clayface's DNA (She was hugging/kissing him in the episode) Causes her breasts to expand to immense proportions, like how Matt Hagen became bigger and bulkier when he turned into Clayface. Like her deceased love, Stella can shapeshift her chest into smaller proportions for short periods of time, allowing her to run errands or travel about. But she can't retain the control for long and soon her breasts swell back to their normal huge size.
Furthermore, convinced that Batman is the cause of Clayface's demise, she starts supplying medical supplies and help to the criminals of Gotham, calling herself the Bride of Clayface. A visit from Harley Quinn has the clown girl rename her Claybabe after seeing Stella swing her huge chest around her hidden lab.
Not the most deadly or wicked of villains but Batman has a new big rogue in his gallery to contend with!
