Woozle: Ah, Hepzibah before they retconned her into a generic catgirl/elf. Her tail was bigger in the early days, though.

tigrawatanabe: I know, that's an Din A 3 (20x30 cm) big traditional Artwork on Havy Paper, Darkwing-Zero has made for me 2001 at the AnimagiC.
I had her only say what I want and give her some Samples of the Girls and the Rest she has made, so the Tails look more like Analplugs, because Darkwing usual draw Anime Style.
Still not sure what Animal are in Hepzibah, maybe a Mink or white Sqirrel.
This Art has cost at the Time 250 D-Mark (around 120 Euro or 180 Dollar).
Would nice if more People ask Artists for Tigra Hardcore-Artworks, because here are not much in the Web, I think
