deleted002: Actually ZeroXDash, I Believe this is not greenhand as the shading on the characters is not of the same style.
The picture in the monitor is definitely one of greenhands works but notice the lack of shinyness in cream and tails in the foreground.
I think this is a fan of greenhand that has replicated his drawing style but not his shading style:

Note: Check the Monitor - Shading has hard edges and shiny highlights.
Note: Check the foreground - Shading is a gradient and no shiny highlights.
