Hisoka_The_Magician: That would be me. Let me explain: This is X (Kaitou Sai) from the manga/anime Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro. This is one of his appearences, particularly the one he had when He met I (his female follower). I put Xi because it's an abbreviation of his name (Kaibutsu Gotou Kaitou Sai -> Kaitou Sai -> Kaitou Xi -> Xi).

Moumick: This is actually Kaitou Sai's original identity. He/she was born as a female as a copy of SICKS. Kaitou Sai appears in this form in Chapter 180 of the manga and so far only that chapter.
