Anonymous7: @anon1 they aren't amputees.. gardevoir's don't have "feet".. their legs are kind of like stilts.. check the pokedex entry, footstep is a dot, or look at the brawl trophy, legs are just sticks. even the pictures giving them thighs aren't down to the wire anatomically correct..
