Casperthy_Frendligost: Those girls were in danger just by being NEAR the Otyugh. It's a rather filthy creature that dwells in piles of feces and putrescense. They have no personal interest in treasure, but will guard another monster's treasure in exchange for some service from it. Probably hides it under the piles of filth !
