Anonymous2: ^The problem is to do with 'weight painting' which is where you indicate on the 3D model how parts should flex when they're bent: unpainted = sharp angles, scrunched up; Heavily painted = very little deformation in the form. Some 3D programs don't support weight painting, having joints like knees, elbows, shoulders, ankles properly painted would've made it look right.
