Anonymous1: I forget the guy's name, but he's the one who visited the Dragon Palace in Okami, which cursed him with youth while everyone he knew was old.
He gets bullied a lot by these three little brats who think he's a liar(at least until you wind up going to the Palace yourself)... I forget who/what that turtle's supposed to be in the game, though.
