Really, the passengership on this rail line must be absolutely minimal! Ticket prices would have to skyrocket in order to even hope for a profit, which in turn will further alienate potential customership. All in all, I can see a very small niche market, but really-how sustainable a business is there depending on fads? With a revenue stream that poor and unstable, you're headed for disaster. That's not even factoring in cross-territory passage tolls, freight tax, inspection deducts, audits for personnel infractions or most importantly the Environmental surcharges for pollutants and hazardous waste restoration team fees.
I'm sorry, but at this time the Turd-Town Express has been judged to be a non-viable business practice, and your appeal for Incorporation and Charter Rights from this Litigation Council on behalf of the Chamber of Commerce is hereby denied.
