shetni64: Judging by its size and number of eyestalks, I'd guess it's an Eyeball, which would mean it's CR 1/2 (in 3e), so it'd be worth 150XP for characters up to 6th level, 131XP for 7th level characters, 100XP for 8th level characters, or no XP at all for higher-level characters (against whom it presumably poses a trivial challenge).
