Anonymous4: a change of tags is certanly NOT in order. it's without a doubt moira. look at the background. this clearly takes place in the wastes/megaton. in the game (depending on the rout you take) amata either never leaves the vault or reclutantly takes the position of overseer, agreeing to venture out into the wasteland (but not for a long while).
Snorkpork: Or, Anon 4, you can sabotage the Vault's reactor and would later get a short random encounter where Amata is pleading for help from some Enclave soldiers because she was FORCED to leave the vault along with everybody else.
Besides, it more closely resembles Amata, if it were Moira she'd probably have some thoughtful look on her face as this would clearly be an experiment of radiation as an aphrodesiac.
Anonymous8: Moira spends all her time living in the radiated wasteland, constantly absorbing at least partial doses of background radiation, and you expect her to be whiter than the vault dweller (or so I'm assuming is the dude railing her)? No matter how white her skin, she'll always be more tan than somebody who spent their entire life under the ground.
