There are a number of options for signing up for Hulu Plus outside the USA. We’ll show the options below which have worked for us in the past, but please note it’s not guaranteed they will work in the future as providers can change their policies at any time.

Please ensure you are connected to Zoog VPN before proceeding further.

Option 1

You can use your own credit card to pay for Hulu Plus subscription and other US services that require a US credit card.

To set up your Hulu Plus account (or other US service), use your own street address that is associated with the billing address on the credit card you are using and convert the postal code into a valid US zip code just like in the instructions below. Be sure to take note of the city and the state associated with the new zip code for later use during your account setup.

Create a VALID existing 5 digit ZIP code from your postal code as follows:

a) Take the digits from your postcode. The postcode ‘P5S 3D1’ becomes ‘531’.

b) Add zeros to the end if you have less than 5 digits in your postal code. So then ‘531’ becomes ZIP ‘53100’.

c) Use the USPS zip code tool to verify that it is a valid existing ZIP code.

d) If it is not an existing code, then add 1 to the last digit and try to verify again. So if our example of ‘53100’ is not a valid zip code, then try ‘53101’. If it’s still not valid, add one (+1) to the last digit until you reach ‘53107’, resulting in a valid US ZIP Code.

Option 2

Search for a prepaid Mastercard/Visa card, there should be plenty available.

Option 3

Search for online merchants selling Prepaid Cards for Hulu Plus services.
